Richard W. Peffley, D.P.M. Dr. Peffley received his degree in Podiatric Medicine from the California College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his surgical residency training in Southern California. He is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery. Prior to moving to Oregon in 1994, Dr. Peffley practiced for 20+ years in Orange County, California. He is past president of the Oregon Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Peffley was founder and director of a podiatric surgical residency established in Southern California. In 1997, he was elected to the National Academies of Practice in Podiatric Medicine, which recognizes the top 100 podiatric physicians in America. Dr. Peffley is a clinical instructor for the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is past president of Creekside Rotary. Dr. Peffley was Chief of Podiatry at Salem Hospital. He is on staff at Salem Hospital, Northbank Surgical Center, Willamette Surgical Center and Santiam Memorial Hospital.
